Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Starlight Fleet NJ and Starlight Fleet Florida, operated by JJC Boats Inc., we work hard to provide reliable scheduling and reserve space for every customer booking.
Please carefully review the following policy prior to purchasing tickets or reserving trips.
Customer Cancellations
- Non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled: Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded and cannot be rescheduled because your space is guaranteed at the event.
- No-shows and late arrivals are non-refundable.
No-Shows
Customers who fail to arrive before scheduled departure times may be considered no-shows.
No refunds, credits, or rescheduling will be provided for missed departures or no-shows.
Weather & Captain Cancellations
- Trips may be canceled, delayed, shortened, or rescheduled due to weather, sea conditions, mechanical issues, minimum passenger requirements, or other safety concerns determined by the captain or management.
- Trips usually run in light rain and other moderate weather conditions, but JJC Boats Inc and the Starlight Fleet may cancel the activity up to an hour prior to the start time in the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions.
- If JJC Boats Inc cancels a trip, guests may receive:
- A rescheduled trip
- Store or trip credit
- A refund, at management’s discretion
Seasickness & Early Returns
- Refunds are not provided for seasickness, poor weather conditions during the trip, missed catches, shortened participation, or voluntary early departure from a trip.
Fishing & Marine Mammals
- Fish catches cannot be guaranteed.
- If Marine Mammals are sighted on your trip, a Free Pass is issued for a future trip. The Free Pass never expires. Marine Mammals include whales, dolphins, porpoises, or seals. We do not offer refunds. Free Pass holders must make online reservations, subject to availability.
- Ocean conditions and marine activity vary daily.
Gift Cards & Merchandise
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Gift shop merchandise return eligibility may vary and may require proof of purchase.
Processing Time
Approved refunds may take several business days to process, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Customers experiencing booking concerns are encouraged to contact our support team directly before initiating payment disputes or chargebacks.

By booking, purchasing, or participating in any trip, excursion, charter, or activity offered through our websites, customers agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
- Booking Agreement
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all trip details, departure times, policies, and instructions prior to booking.
- Payment Terms
Full payment may be required at the time of booking.
Pricing, trip schedules, and availability are subject to change without notice.
- Refund & Cancellation Policy
All bookings are subject to the policies outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Customers acknowledge that purchased tickets and reservations are generally non-refundable and non-reschedulable unless otherwise stated.
- Weather & Safety
Trips may operate in light rain and moderate weather conditions.
JJC Boats Inc. reserves the right to cancel, delay, modify, or terminate trips due to:
- severe weather
- unsafe sea conditions
- mechanical issues
- Coast Guard advisories
- operational or safety concerns
If JJC Boats Inc. cancels a trip for safety or operational reasons, customers may receive:
- rescheduling options subject to availability
- store credit
- or alternative accommodations as determined by management
- Passenger Conduct
JJC Boats Inc. reserves the right to deny boarding or remove passengers who:
- are intoxicated
- engage in unsafe behavior
- harass crew or passengers
- violate safety instructions
- create disturbances
No refunds will be issued for denied boarding due to passenger misconduct.
- Assumption Of Risk
Boating and fishing activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- changing weather
- slippery surfaces
- movement of vessels
- seasickness
- equipment-related risks
By participating, customers voluntarily assume these risks.
- Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JJC Boats Inc. shall not be liable for:
- personal injury
- lost property
- incidental damages
- delays
- cancellations
- weather-related interruptions
- third-party actions
- Accessibility
